As a Manager                                  : Budianto Budiman
As a Secretary                                 : Hardiyanti Ridwan
As a Shipkeeper/Receptionis     : Dewi Anita Arsyad
As a Visitor                                       : Sukawati
As a Security                                   : Ali Akbar
One day, the Visitor has the duty of teachers to conduct research Bank activities, other than that she get more money, therefore she thought to save money in the bank, as well  to complete the task. Shortly then she departed, and came in front of the Bank of Public Service. She entered the door and straight friendly welcome by the Security.
Security          : Good afternoon, how can we help?
Visitor             : Good afternoon, I want to open the account books at once wanted to do research on bank activities here. What is allowed?
Security          : Of course, it's very exciting for us, please sit over there (pointing to chair).

Then Visitor sit and wait for the queue, not long before, she stood up to the receptionist.

Receptionist  : (while rising orders of the sign greeting) Good afternoon, how can we help?

Visitor             : I want to open a savings, but I also want to do research here, what can ?

Receptionist  : Of course, but better if you open a savings first before doing research.

Visitor             : Okay.

After maintenance is completed passbook, Visitor giving money Rp. 200,000 to Receptionist to be a beginning balance. Then ...

Visitor             : Well this has been completed, may I meet with your manager?

Receptionist  : Sure, I'll contact the Secretary.

Receptionist  : Mom, there are customers who want to do research, she wanted to meet with Manager

Secretary       : Well, please inter here

After the Secretary contacted, Receptionist call the Security

Receptionist  : Security, please deliver it to the Secretary customers.

Visitor             : Thank you.

After that meeting Secretary with Visitor

Secretary       : Good afternoon, Are you the customer who wants to do research?

Visitor             : Yes

Secretary       : Please wait a minute, Manager was in a meeting.

Visitor             : oh, yes

Secretary       : I'm sorry but before, please enter your identity in list of this guestbook.

Visitor             : Okay.

After a while, get a call Secretary from Manager.

Secretary       : please, Manager is calling

Visitor             : oh yes, thank you

Visitor knocked on the door

Manager        : please coming

Visitor             : thank you

Manager        : please sit!

Visitor             : thank you (pulling up a chair and sit)
Then Receptionist brings the drink

Receptionist  : Please!

Visitor             : Thank you

Manager        : okay, can I help you?

Visitor             : Thank you, you probably already know what my goal has been to meet you. In this study, I just want to know a few things from you through some questions, can you?

Manager         : Of course, it's not for you here?!

Visitor             : All right (while holding a pen and paper), I started the question. First is the real purpose of this bank was founded?

Manager        : Okay, I'll answer it, of course, the Bank was established for the welfare of society, though definitely on the one hand to make a profit but the primary objective for the welfare of society

Visitor             : The second question, whether this is a government-owned bank?

Manager        : Sure, we therefore welfare-oriented society.

Visitor             : Questions  three, what way can be said this Bank is helping or public welfare?

Manager         : Of course in some way, through savings, capital lending, credit, and others.

Visitor             : Lastly, what your expectations regarding the future of this bank?

Manager        : Oh, yes hope, I really hope that I handle Bank is increasingly developing in addition to the needs and welfare of the community are met.
